Zatural Research supplies research-grade products exclusively for Research Use Only (RUO). Due to the specialized nature of research materials, this policy is designed to maintain product integrity, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
Return Eligibility Window
Any concerns regarding an order must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Return and refund requests are subject to review and approval.
Non-Returnable Items
All peptides, research compounds, lyophilized materials, and laboratory reagents are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped. This applies to opened, unopened, and unused products. Custom orders and special-order items are also non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@zaturalpeptides.com.
Include your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue. Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Return Authorization
Returns will not be accepted without prior written authorization from Zatural Research. Unauthorized returns may be refused and discarded.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses unless the error was caused by Zatural Research. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been inspected and verified. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for products confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. Exchanges are not available for research outcomes, preference-based reasons, or ordering errors.
